Provincial Programs
The Proposed Schedule of Programs
The Queensland Coastal Conference is usually a three to four days’ event that starts on Monday and ends on Wednesday or Thursday. The event is highly structured to ensure that attendees get the best out of the few days they are spending and acquire essential knowledge that they can go and apply when they return to their communities. The organisers of the event ensure that no minute is wasted and judicious use of time is paramount in every program at the event. This is why a provisional schedule of programs for the event is drafted beforehand so that every attendee can familiarise themselves with the programs even before the event. Of course, it is possible that the schedule would be adjusted and updated. But the final schedule of programs is always similar to the provisional agenda and allows attendees to plan their days effectively.
